Free on-site parking is available with plenty of spaces for families. Accessible parking bays are located closest to the entrance.
Shoes are not allowed in the kids role play area — please bring socks for the children.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Enjoy fresh coffee, snacks, and light meals while the kids play. Allergy menus available.
Clean, well-equipped baby changing facilities are available throughout the venue.

Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking online to guarantee your session — especially on weekends and school holidays.
Giggle Street is a play centre for children of any age. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Outside food is not permitted in the play area, but our café offers a range of snacks, meals, and drinks for all the family.
We welcome children of all abilities and backgrounds. Our play spaces are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, and our staff are trained to support children with diverse needs.
Standard play sessions are 2 hours. During quieter periods we may allow extended play — just ask at reception.
