  • We recommend booking as early as possible, as our party slots often fill up 2–3 months in advance, particularly for weekend celebrations. Availability can change, so even if your preferred date is approaching, we’d always encourage you to get in touch — we may still have availability.

    We also offer a 20% discount on weekday parties during school term time.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cake and food. We provide plates, utensils, and juice, depending on the package you have selected. If your package does not include food options, we also offer catering services if you prefer a hands-off approach.

  • We understand plans can change. You can reschedule your party with at least 7 days' notice at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • We’re open 7 days a week! Special hours apply for private events and parties—please click the link below our packages to check availability. We offer a 20% weekday term-time party discount, with party start times usually between 4:00–4:30 PM, giving you and your guests plenty of time to arrive.
